But happiness is misunderstood, people tend to believe that big house,lot of money and power is happiness. But for a woman, happiness can also mean watching her little children smile. If you have to describe “Happiness is…” which is then filled with small instances from life. For example, “Happiness is having a beauty face and skin”, and so on. The world is today coming to terms with real happiness, that which is found in the sunny haze of early spring, or simply in your favourite song. The social media is vibrant with idealism, and the concept of happiness is also being challenged here. Women have always been viewed as that half of the world for whom sorrow is an inherent quality, and of course, the tyranny of men has much to do with this. But then again, much of that can be changed, and it is actually changing in the modern world. Believing in Yourself

Believe that no one can affect your life so much that you will fall into an endless abyss of sorrow.

Incorporate Laughter

Laughter is the best medicine. It has become a cliché because it’s so true. We know that laughter has benefits far happy mood. Laughter can actually enhance immunity and prolong life. However, to elevate your mood, laughter can’t be beaten, in fact, the mere expectation of laughter has been known to bring benefits.) There are several quick ways to have more fun and get more laughter in your life (jokes are some of my favorites), but the long term strategy of maintaining a sense of humor about life can bring continual happiness, as well as less stress.

Stop Talking Smack
We are already inundated with a colossal number of faceless critics,  but there’s only one judgemental jerk who causes the most damage to your self-esteem. It’s you.
Happy women don’t talk smack about themselves. Turn off that little cretin in your head that tells you you’re so bad. Switch on the vainglorious self-talk that tells you you’re the best thing since sliced bread and all that and a bag of chips. And no one can tell you otherwise.
It’s time to let go of the assumption that happiness is there. Peace of mind and well-being are here. They’re just waiting for you to realize it. Take the bull by the horns and find bliss!

Plan your Life
